Due to Covid we are not accepting any returns at this time.
We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 14 business days along with a return form.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returned items must meet these requirements:
- Returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
- In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains, free of odor, deodorant, or wear and with all product tags attached..
- Accompanied by a return form.
- Shoes must be unworn and repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box.
- Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, handmade items, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.
Shipping: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Zonya Campbell does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
*We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Zonya Campbell will not issue return credit.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
All Sale items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 1212 Washington St. Weymouth, Ma 02189.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Zonya Campbell reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Zonya Campbell reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Zonya Campbell items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.
